Teachers will be supported in their inquiries by the Within-School Lead teachers. Their role will be to work with teachers to gather data, make sense of the data and to guide staff through the spiral of inquiry process, ensuring that the four critical foundations are foremost in planning.
The Within-School Lead Teachers will be supported by school leadership teams and by the Across School Lead Teachers who will provide skills and expertise related to the inquiry process, gathering and using data to drive the process and in growing coaching capacity.
The Across School Lead Teachers as well as supporting the Within-School Lead Teachers as above will focus on collaborative Inquiries across schools that;
Build understanding of and capacity in inquiry
Build understanding and trust in data
Build collaboration and shared ownership of the educational journey of students
Identify achievement challenges – areas where valued student outcomes need to be enhanced.
The CoL leader will work with the across school lead teachers supporting them in their collaborative inquiry/ies.
The Principals and school leaders will support the Within-school lead teachers in their role. They will also become the Leadership Advisory team along with the Across school Lead Teachers.
